1. Eligibility & Accounts

You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and credentials. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we deem it inappropriate.

2. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

Payment Authorized: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions conducted via the Site.

Recurring Memberships: For online community memberships or ongoing coaching cohorts billed on a recurring schedule, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on each scheduled renewal cycle until you cancel in accordance with our cancellation procedure.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of online courses and immediate asset access, all sales are final unless stated otherwise on a specific checkout order page. Event tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable upon written approval from our support desk at least 14 days prior to the event date.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all content, code, data structures, video recordings, workbooks, training modules, logos, and materials distributed on shawndill.com are our proprietary property and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Limited License: When you buy a course or join a community membership, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the materials for your personal, internal business development use only. No Guarantees: Our coaching programs, strategies, and courses are educational frameworks designed to assist entrepreneurs. We do not guarantee specific financial results, income metrics, or business outcomes. Your success depends entirely on your own implementation, market factors, and execution.

As-Is Basis: The site and materials are provided on an As-Is and As-Available basis. You agree that your use of our services will be at your sole risk.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
